Ritchie and Lionel
Sunday 30 October @ 3.40pm
Open Studio – 204 High Street Northcote
$5
‘Outstanding perfomance and light show, a must see’ is a press quote from a concert Ritchie and Lionel once watched at Rod Laver Arena. It was admittedly a pretty good show. Ritchie and Lionel started playing random, bizarre and slightly rude songs as a ukulele duo during prohibition in the United States to dull the senses of sober audiences. Since that time they have travelled the world and thought about beer a lot. They bring their highly infectious airborne tunes about aliens, love, mothers and super spies to Open Studio to manifest in the audience possible physical symptoms such as smiling, frowning, grimacing, laughing, head shaking and gentle crying.
