You Choose the Tune: Bruce Watson in Concert
Sunday 6 November @ 8pm
Farouk’s Olive – 711 High Street Thornbury
$7

Line

Bruce Watson is an icon of the Australian folk music scene. He has won a swag of awards and had his songs covered by many others. Bruce’s music reflects life, ordinary people, social justice and the environment, often with a surprising twist and a quirky sense of humour. In this concert Bruce will invite audience members to choose a number between 1 and 50 to determine which songs he sings. It turns up some great surprises! Farouk’s Olive, owned by musicians, provides a friendly, intimate space for music. There is a selection of amazing olives, other bar snacks and cocktails. ‘Bruce has a rare talent…the best songwriter I have seen in a long time’ ¬– Eric Bogle
