Northcote Town Hall, Studio 1 – 189 High St, Northcote
$10 p/child

An all-dancing, all-drumming, afro-beat inspired workshop for children aged 2–5 and their adults. Participants are encouraged to learn about basic rhythm and drumming skills and practice techniques of handcrafted drums led by a West African Drummer. They’ll warm up their bodies with contemporary dance moves from around the world and sing along to the best Kiddyrock jams. Kiddyrock workshops inspire children to collaborate, make friends, share ideas and build confidence through self-expression. Thursday morning’s workshop will be Auslan interpreted.
