I Manage My Music is a day-long workshop specifically tailored to the needs of the self-managed artist or band. Our focus is to give you the tools and confidence to take the next step in your career. We use your existing music projects as case studies to examine business models and creative ideas that can help you move forward into actions that are achievable, sustainable and financially realistic. By the end of the workshop you’ll have a plan of action – the business model you apply to your career is as important as the song.
