The Darebin Music Feast Songwriters’ Award is an annual songwriting competition that seeks to recognise, showcase and promote the talents of local songwriters. This year, the 10 finalists will perform for our esteemed judges Peter Farnan, Sophie Koh and Kutcha Edwards at the Grand Final. Who will take out the trophy and an amazing prize package including $2000 cash, studio time and heaps more? Past winners of the Award include Jordie Lane, Sal Kimber, Ben Mason, Brooke Russell and Charm of Finches. Who will be discovered this year?

Hosted by much loved local musician Neda Rahmani and featuring special guest performances from past winners Brooke Russell and Dan Flynn, this is an evening of the great songwriting talent that has made Darebin the beating heart of Melbourne’s music scene. With thanks to APRA, 3KND, Head Gap, Implant Media, Nao Anzai at Reel to Real Mix Master, Rolling Stock Recording Rooms, Echo Tone Guitars, The Push and the Northcote Business Association.
