The ‘Hue Orleans Hot Louisiana Kitchen’ is a spontaneous fry up of some of Melbourne’s most notorious musicians created especially for the Music Feast hub bar Opening and Closing night parties. Upright and downtrodden piano driven dance music paying homage to the sound and attitude of early New Orleans. Featuring the master whaler Darcy McNulty on his trusty Saxophone alongside Hue Blanes bringing down the sky vocals and sporadic energy across the ivories.

In true jazz tradition these headliners will be joined by a selection of local surprise guests each night for exciting and unpredictable collaboration style sessions that harken back to a time when music was the only thing worth getting out of bed for. Featuring Hue Blanes (piano/vocals), Darcy McNulty (saxophone/vocals), Rory McDougall (drums) Bryce Gilhome (trombone), Marty Holoubek (bass) and surprise guests.
