Triple Entendre is a jazz cabaret trio of experienced musicians, comprising Jaz Stutley (vocals), Lyn Thomas (keyboard) and Bill Thomson (percussion). The bawdy blues and trangressive tunes range from the 1920s to the 1960s and include songs from artistes such as Bessie Smith, Sophie Tucker, Ethel Waters, Mae West, Julia Lee and Nina Simone. These Darebin Feast shows will be the first performances by these musicians as a group; however they are currently involved in bands such as Cheap Frills and Rascals of Rhythm and, in the past, the Frilly Knickers Jazz Band and The Red Hot Mommas Jazz Cabaret.
