SING EAT SHARE: Marrying Italian – A Story Told With Songs

Community Arts organisation ARC invites you to be part of our ‘choir for a day’ and perform in an open reading of a new work, ‘Marrying Italian: When Love is Not Enough – A Story Told With Songs’. Register to join our open community choir and be in the performance, supporting our actors on stage for the open reading. Upon registration you will be given access to online music files three weeks before the event.
Three community choir rehearsals will be held at the Darebin Intercultural Centre:
Monday 15 October, 7pm – 9.30pm
Monday 22 October, 7pm – 9.30pm
Sunday 28 October, 10am – 12.30pm
The final rehearsal on 28 October will be followed by a FREE festive Italian lunch, then YOU perform at the open reading from 3.00pm – 4.30pm, just around the corner at the Salvation Army Hall, Preston.
This immersive cultural experience is for singers of all skill levels. Perfect for those who can’t commit to a weekly rehearsal, and don’t just want to watch an event but BE IN IT! This is a free event but pre-registration for rehearsals is essential.
