In this workshop, Melbourne (Naarm) based producers and performers Memphis LK (SAATSUMA) and Ripley Kavara (Wahe, KANDERE) will demonstrate their individual approaches to translating songs from the studio into a live performance setting.

Centred around Ableton Live, the session will offer in-depth guidance on how to arrange and set up your tracks, trigger scenes, program drums, add effects and create live loops and samples.

Whether you’re already performing electronic music live or just want to learn more about Ableton and electronic music production, this workshop will give you the fundamental tools to transform your tracks into an immersive and cohesive live performance.

This workshop is open to young people aged 12-25 and prioritises female and gender-diverse young people and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. Please register to confirm your place here.
