TAMMA is an indie soul singer-songwriter based in Melbourne. Raised in a rural town in the North Island of New Zealand, TAMMA is the second youngest in a family of six whom all share the same love for music. TAMMA’s love for neo soul, jazz, pop and electro is evident in her music, drawing inspiration from her greatest influences such as Amy Winehouse, Nina Simone, Stevie Nicks, Rihanna, Beyonce, SZA, MO and Sia. Tamma finds music soul healing and she writes songs to share her stories and connect with others: ‘Life is a unique journey for each and every one of us. I write music that is relatable to others, with hopes I can give them some form of happiness or motivation to keep at it’.
