Join Northcote-based world music group, Orkeztra Glasso Bashalde, for a gala concert to determine the winners of the 2015 Orkeztra Glasso Bashalde/Darebin Music Feast Composition Competition. Four Victorian finalists will be in competition for $3000 in prizes, including an Industry Prize, Orkeztra Prize and Audience Choice award. Bring your ears, your votes and your dancing shoes as we celebrate original music influenced by Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East and further afield. An exhilarating celebration of Victoria’s instrumental music talent. Family friendly. Kids free.
